For when you are seeking relaxation, balance, and ease, this style soothes and rejuvinates your body.

Orthopedic/Deep Tissue

For when you are seeking relief from pain or challenges in your body, this style focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes.

Sports Massage

For when you are regularly exercising, this style helps you recover from workouts and prepares you to perform your best.

Bodywork can be overwhelming for people living with trauma. We will work together to ensure you feel safe and comfortable.

Pricing

All services are offered at a rate of $100 an hour. I do not accept tips. For mobile bookings I charge an additional $50.
Sliding scale is available at $75 an hour. I accept cash, venmo, and zelle. Payment is collected at the beginning of the appointment. For event pricing, please contact me directly.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as you know. There is a fee of $50 for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment.
This fee is waived if you reschedule due to sickness; thank you taking care of yourself and me!

FAQ

Location

I practice out of my home in West Oakland, about a 20 minute walk from 19th street BART with plenty of nearby street parking. My studio does include a cat - I keep my practice area as fur-free as possible, but if you are allergic, please reach out to schedule a mobile appointment.

Mobile Appointments

I will travel to clients in the East Bay. In order for me to practice in your home, please ensure that there is parking available and room for me to setup my table and maneauver around it. Additionally, due to the travel requirements, these sessions must be booked individually by contacting me and there is an additional $50 surcharge.

Clothing

You may undress to the level of your comfort; if that means remaining fully clothed, I am happy to work through clothing.
For clients seeking deep tissue work, please come in clothing you feel comfortable moving around it.
